How I Got Here

There was a point in my life where I didn't recognise myself anymore. I'd lost my spark, let go of almost all self-care, and with it — a lot of my self-worth. I was in an unhealthy relationship, putting everyone else first, and I had completely lost sight of me.

I was showing up to the gym inconsistently, purely out of a desire to change how I looked. And deep down I believed that really getting there would mean restriction, rigidity, and giving up the parts of life I loved — so I never fully committed. That belief kept me stuck far longer than anything else.

When I finally invested in a coach, everything shifted. I started fuelling myself well, enjoying meals out without a second of shame, and training because it made me feel fit and strong — not as punishment.

For the first time, I was putting real energy into the most important relationship in my life. The one with myself. I didn't get the old Hollie back. I found a stronger, more confident version of her — and I became a better person for everyone around me because of it.

That experience is what ToBe was built from. Because I know what it feels like to be where you are, and I know what's waiting on the other side.

ToBe is for real women, living real lives (the good, the bad, and the chaotic) who want to feel confident in their bodies without it taking over their entire existence. Women who are constantly putting everyone else first, and who deserve a space that finally puts them first instead.

We honestly believe imperfect consistency wins every single time, and that real, lasting progress is built on small, doable actions — not obsession.

We keep it simple, we do it together, and we help you build habits you can truly be proud of.


ToBe exists because too many women are exhausted from chasing a version of health that was never designed to fit their actual life.

We believe the goal was never about being perfect. It was always about learning to be strong, fuelled, and calm. To be confident in your choices, proud of how you show up, and present for the moments that actually matter.

Driven by evidence and a passion for helping women thrive, I’ve spent the last two years immersing myself in the world of habit transformation. Since 2025, I’ve had the honor of coaching 53 women, helping them build habits they’re actually proud of.
