Madi’s Journey
Madi came to me as a seasoned gym goer. She is no stranger to weight training and has been following different generic online programs over the years. But she was beginning to feel frustrated with her efforts not being reflected in her physique. No matter her consistency of 5 sessions per week, Madi wasn’t seeing the muscle growth she was striving for. By following a structured training program, applying progressive overload, tracking her lifts and eating in a conservative calorie surplus, Madi begun to build lean muscle. We made sure her training intensity was high, and continued to push her calories up as her body adapted.
“I reached out to Hollie after returning from an overseas trip and was at a place where I was feeling pretty low with how I was looking and feeling. I have done plenty of ebook training plans etc but never anything that involved following a meal plan as well as exercises. While I had been consistently going to the gym for years and years I never saw the results I was after.
